Role & responsibilities

Overall 2-8 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment and Sourcing with 2+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment Knowledge and experience in handling end to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Negotiation
Very strong in Sourcing using Boolean search strings.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders (hiring managers, executives, and vendors) throughout the recruitment process.
Driving the adoption of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and hiring consistently that support a strong candidate experience.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best talent for open positions.
Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements Implementing and managing the end of end hiring processes via ATS and other recruitment technology tools
