Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries related to orders, services, or complaints. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain call logs and follow up on unresolved issues. 6 days working 24/7 shift -Rotation shift . Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply) Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, or any regional language. Basic English is a plus. Skills: Good listening skills, polite and clear communication. Experience: No prior experience required training will be provided.
