Job Description

Looking for enthusiastic and skilled Waiters to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale systems, is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is an advantage.
