Job Summary: Alike Thoughts Info Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. This position is critical for managing, deploying, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, with a mandatory focus on Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions. You'll be responsible for maintaining network stability, implementing changes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless network operations. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure Silver Peak SD-WAN routers (EdgeConnect appliances) , Cisco Switches, and Wireless Access Points. Utilize strong hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST+, IPsec site-to-site VPN, VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, and NAT/PAT . Set up and troubleshoot VPN tunnels to ensure secure connectivity. Coordinate effectively with vendors for both existing support and new implementations. Efficiently handle Service Restoration, Service Requests, and Change Requests according to defined processes. Perform commissioning and de-commissioning of network components as required. Adhere strictly to Change Control submission and approval processes for all network modifications. Plan, schedule, and implement network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations in a timely manner, minimizing impact on users. Apply a high degree of analytical ability and creativity to resolve complex network problems. Create and update network drawings using Microsoft Visio . Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation. Demonstrate willingness and availability to work during evening and weekend hours for scheduled network infrastructure changes.

GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY The Cloud Operations team is looking for a new team member to join us in architecting, delivering, and owning all technical aspects of solution delivery. You will play a key technical role in the architectural, integration, deployment, migration, operational support processes, and other initiatives for both new and existing clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead technical engagements and execute tasks for deployments, version upgrades, and migration activities for cloud and hosted products and platforms. Represent Cloud Operations as a subject matter expert during the delivery of projects and technical initiatives. Engage in tactical & strategic initiatives that support customer deployments, projects, and requests. Experience with large, complex project delivery, preferably in cloud solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or another major cloud provider. Must have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems Administration, Technical Support, Networking, Systems Infrastructure, Project/Operations Management, Cloud Environments, or Systems Security. Ability to work Out-of-Hours schedule as required.
