Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer - Level 1 with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in networking, the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and hands-on experience with ManageEngine or similar network management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor network infrastructure and performance to ensure optimal functioning.

2. Respond to alerts, incidents, and requests escalated from Level 0 support.

3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware, and software.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

5. Utilize network monitoring tools, including ManageEngine, to proactively identify and address potential issues.

6. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incidents.

7. Provide timely and effective communication to internal teams and external stakeholders.

8. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations promptly.

9. Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to ensure swift resolution of escalated issues.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, especially ManageEngine.

4. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

8. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) will be an added advantage.
