Role :- Network Engineer L2 Experience :- Min 5 Yrs Location :- Mumbai - Airoli (Onsite) Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only Shift timings and working days :- Rotational Shifts Communication:- Good comm skills Job Responsibilities : Must have experience in SD WAN Versa Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls Working knowledge of checkpoint / Palo Alto /cisco ASA / Juniper firewalls Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP Knowledge on switching, VTP,STP etc Manage tickets & support Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA); optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planning. Perform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility. troubleshoot network problems; escalate issues to vendor.

Capable of designing network infrastructure. Ability to get network project implementation done. Run 24/7 network support structure across geography. Knowledge on Info security guidelines and drive team to adhere to these guidelines. Close security gaps and audit findings. SDWAN: Deploy and manage SD-WAN Versa solutions for branch connectivity and optimized network performance Routing: Working knowledge on Installing and Maintaining Cisco routers and troubleshooting skills required on IP addressing& L3 concepts, MPLS Technology, QOS, BGP and other routing protocols, Access list, route-maps , static & dynamic NATs. Skills required in Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site. Security: Working Knowledge on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls Implementation and troubleshooting of VPN tunnels Good exposure and experience on Firewalls features like NAT, PAT, UTM, Application filtering, IPS, IDS etc. Switching: Working Knowledge on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco L2 and L3 switches Good Understanding of VTP Concepts in layer 2 environment, STP issues. Working Knowledge on Various network management tools (like wireshark etc..) which help to trouble shoot an issue Certification: CCNP R&S CCNA or CCNP – Security Exposure to Firewalls from two OEMs at least. You have an exciting opportunity as a Network Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, based in Mumbai - Airoli (Onsite) with immediate joining availability for General Shifts / 5 Days a week. Your role involves leading the network team to resolve complex network issues, designing network infrastructure, and overseeing network project implementations. You will be responsible for 24/7 network support across geographies, ensuring compliance with information security guidelines, and addressing security gaps and audit findings. Your expertise in deploying and managing SD-WAN Versa solutions for branch connectivity, as well as your proficiency in installing and maintaining Cisco routers, troubleshooting IP addressing, MPLS Technology, QOS, BGP, and other routing protocols will be crucial. Additionally, your knowledge of firewalls, VPN tunnels, and network switches, along with experience in troubleshooting network problems remotely and on-site, will be highly valuable. Key technical skills required for this role include familiarity with network management tools such as Wireshark, as well as certifications in CCNP R&S, CCNA or CCNP Security, and exposure to firewalls from at least two OEMs. Your business skills in project management, vendor management, capacity management, IT operation management, team management, IT projects management, annual IT budgeting, project planning & installation, resource planning, and ITIL framework will be essential for success in this position.
