Job Description

As a VP - Third Party Risk Manager at Barclays, you will be responsible for spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape and driving innovation and excellence. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage risk and control management, including handling regulatory requests. - Demonstrate a good understanding of Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Regulatory Guidelines. - Possess knowledge of Third Party Service Provider Risk, standards, processes, controls, and applications used to manage risk. - Execute and manage regulatory exams, audits, and responses to regulatory requests within the Third Party Risk space. - Utilize project management skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization. - Provide leadership on new and emerging third-party regulatory requirements and their impact on the organization. - Offer strategic oversight on TPSP regulatory submissions and reporting. - Lead and coach a team of professionals, set relevant KPIs, manage performance, and support continuous development. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a consultative business partnering approach. - Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound judgments. - Adapt to changing requirements, support re-prioritization of activities, and drive efficiency in work delivery. - Think creatively and holistically about business challenges involving regulatory requirements to develop remediation actions and solutions. - Identify continuous improvements in managed processes and drive efficiency in work delivery. - Understand, analyze, and report on Third Party Risk regulatory risk information and compliance to senior management. **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate with a professional qualification in risk management or a related field. - Extensive experience in audit, controls assurance, or risk and compliance functions. - Highly experienced Third Party Risk Specialist at a prominent financial institution or consultancy firm. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and knowledge of GRC tools such as ORAC, Process Unity, Tableau, etc. **Purpose of the Role:** To support the Risk Function in safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities. **Additional Details:** Barclays values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship, along with the Barclays Mindset of Empower, Challenge, and Drive, are expected to be demonstrated by all colleagues.,
