Role Overview

hands-on, visionary VP – Regional Construction Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the

  end-to-end construction of industrial and warehouse projects

  across India.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements; plan and implement projects efficiently.
• Introduce and enforce

  construction benchmarks, standards, and best practices

  .
• Review estimates, BOQs, tender packages, and manage

  contract administration

  .
• Coordinate approvals and compliance with government authorities, vendors, and external agencies.
• Track project deliverables using project management tools (MS Project preferred); implement changes to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage

  project budgets, resource allocation, and profitability

  , ensuring projects meet company targets.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the project teams.
• Handle local project-level challenges and coordinate effectively with in-house stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to project sites as required.

Key Deliverables

• Timely project execution in line with the development plan.
• Achievement of project budget targets (Target vs. Actuals).
• Compliance with QHSE practices and organizational standards.
• Successful management of multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
