VP Process Engineer - Business Architect

As a VP Process Engineer - Business Architect at Barclays, you will be instrumental in developing commercial solutions to unlock business and client value. Your role will involve providing tools and technology solutions to assist modellers in their delivery, reducing time and costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating, coaching, and mentoring colleagues at all levels of the organization in process modelling. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data-led insights. - Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance performance and optimization efficiency. - Create reports and presentations on performance and optimization, communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identify industry trends and developments and collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimization processes. - Implement analytics and reporting for performance and optimization to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations. - Identify capacity creation opportunities in operations using data and Management Information. Qualifications Required: - Good analytical skills and strategic mindset. - Ability to manage a high-performing team. - Stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Experience in managing and delivering change and process improvements. - Knowledge and experience of Business Architect concepts. - Experience in management consulting. - Familiarity with industry-recognized process automation tool sets and capabilities. - Proficiency in data analytics and reporting. This role is based in the Noida office. As a Vice President, you will be expected to contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, deliver continuous improvements, and escalate breaches of policies and procedures. Additionally, you will advise key stakeholders, manage and mitigate risks, and demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
