Job Description

As an Agile Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology, you will be part of a dynamic and technologically advanced team. Your role will involve embodying core values such as being client-focused, leading with excellence, doing the right thing, and being team-oriented. You will leverage your knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies to collaborate across complex organizations, remove impediments, and ensure team progress towards their missions and deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Have at least 7-15 years of program and project management experience, coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. - Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects successfully. - Serve as a Scrum Master with a track record of successful delivery. - Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen and technical competency, balancing technology and business needs. - Manage core functions including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, meeting critical milestones, and deliverables. - Collaborate across the technology organization, providing sound business analysis and change leadership within an Agile PDLC framework. - Develop and revise suitable processes and guidelines for application development standards. - Provide thought leadership based on best practices and experience in a global environment. - Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios. - Ensure transparency to Senior Management regarding issues, risks, and strategies for effective operations. - Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are met. - Maintain a body of knowledge accessible to all team members. - Communicate effectively with management and provide recommendations for optimizing business operations. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve conflicts to meet deadlines. - Work with agile lifecycle and tracking tools such as JIRA. - Identify opportunities and make tactical/strategic recommendations. - Utilize program management tools like Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint. - Plan and conduct meetings with key stakeholders. - Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in working on Technology projects related to the Financial Services domain. - Knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking technology, and related applications. - Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology preferred, Kanban is a plus.,
