Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Salesforce-focused sales organization as the VP/Head of Sales. Your main focus will be on driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding the Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services business. Your deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, strong partner relationships, and successful track record in selling IT services to enterprise and mid-market clients will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the sales strategy for Salesforce consulting and IT service offerings. - Own revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales performance tracking. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts. - Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to shape go-to-market plans and solution messaging. - Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing Salesforce transformation opportunities. - Manage full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure. - Engage with C-level executives to understand business challenges and position Salesforce solutions and related IT services. - Expand accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across different Salesforce Clouds. - Cultivate strong relationships with Salesforce AEs, regional sales leaders, and ecosystem partners. - Leverage Salesforce partner programs for co-selling, marketing alignment, and lead generation. - Stay current on Salesforce innovations, product launches, partner tiers, and market trends. - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting using Salesforce CRM. - Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses in collaboration with technical and delivery teams. - Ensure successful handoff to delivery and maintain executive-level oversight for customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in IT services sales. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar sales quotas. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, licensing models, and typical implementation approaches. - Demonstrated success selling consulting, integration, and managed services. - Strong network and relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading a sales team or regional sales organization. - Background in digital transformation, cloud services, or CRM modernization. - Experience working in a high-growth consulting or IT services environment. - Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Administrator) are a plus.,
