VP – Lending Operations, Automation & Compliance

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end platform operations

  across digital lending workflows, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
• Own and optimize the

  onboarding journeys

  for partners, customers, and internal users with a focus on TAT and service quality.
• Drive

  automation and process transformation initiatives

  , identifying opportunities to reduce manual intervention and improve turnaround.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Sales) to translate business needs into

  clear BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)

  and ensure successful execution.
• Manage and ensure compliance with

  NACH settlements

  , and coordinate with external bodies like

  NPCI

  ,

  CERSAI

  , and regulatory authorities.
• Lead the

  customer servicing & grievance redressal

  function with strong focus on responsiveness and service standards.
• Establish robust

  MIS and reporting frameworks

  for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive

  regulatory compliance

  , internal audits, and risk mitigation strategies across all operational processes.
• Build and lead a high-performance operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical background.

• Experience:

  10–15 years in operational leadership roles within fintech, digital lending, B2B finance, or payment operations.
• Strong experience in drafting and managing

  Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

  , working closely with product and tech teams.
• Proven track record in

  process automation

  , digital transformation, and operational scaling.
• Deep understanding of

  compliance, regulatory processes

  , and

  risk frameworks

  within financial services.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Up to date with

  emerging digital trends

  and tools that can improve operational performance.
