The successful candidate will be responsible for driving export sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strong relationships with clients and distributors/partners. This role requires expertise in export regulations, strategic sales, and a deep understanding of excipients used in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and food industries. Key Job Responsibilities: Export Market Development and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic export sales plans to achieve growth and market expansion for MCC and other excipients. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new markets and customer segments for international sales opportunities. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Set and meet export sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives for MCC and other excipients. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review. Customer Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with global customers, distributors, and agents. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues. Provide technical product guidance and support to customers to enhance product adoption and satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet market-specific requirements. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, technical content, and campaigns for global outreach. Job Specifications: Bachelors degree in business, International Trade, or a related field. A degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the excipients or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of excipients, particularly MCC, and their applications in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and food sectors is an advantage Proven experience with export compliance, documentation, and international trade regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency n CRM, ERP systems, and sales forecasting tools are an advantage. Other Pre - requisites: Strategic thinking and business development acumen. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships. Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not mandatory.
