The Vice President - Engineering is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of innovative, AI-driven products, manage IT services delivery to its clients. This role demands a deep technical background, hands-on coding ability, and a proven track record of leveraging AI to build scalable and cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Product Development:
  
  
  
  • Actively contribute to architectural design and, where necessary, coding efforts to accelerate key projects.

Technical Skills

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in product engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
  
  
  • Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions.
