VoIP Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VoIP Test Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in testing and validating real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VoIP testing, automation frameworks, and performance analysis of voice and video systems.

• Conduct end-to-end VoIP testing including call flow validation, signaling, and media path checks.
  

• Perform performance, stress, and load testing for real-time voice and video communication systems.
  

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or Bash to streamline test processes.
  

• Utilize SIPp and other tools to simulate traffic and analyze system behavior under various scenarios.
  

• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects while working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  

• Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights for system improvements.
  

• 3+ years of experience in VoIP testing and call flow validation.
  

• Strong understanding of performance testing for real-time communications.
  

• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for test automation.
  

• Hands-on experience with SIPp test tool.
  

• Experience in load testing for voice/video systems.
  

• Familiarity with PJSIP framework.
  

• Experience with Selenium or similar UI automation tools.
  

• Knowledge of JMeter or similar performance testing tools.
  

• Exposure to video quality testing (e.g., MOS score analysis).
