Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Care Coordinator)

Salary:

  • BSc Medical/Life Science Freshers:

    18,000
  • BSc Medical Experienced:

    Up to 25,000
  • Non-BSc Candidates:

    16,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with discharged patients and provide timely follow-up support.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient/service information systematically.
  • Ensure high-quality communication across all interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • BSc Medical / Life Science preferred
    • Non-BSc candidates can also apply
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week off.
