My Client is looking for Voice and Accent Trainer, Noida location


Location: Noida, 132 Sector (Onsite 5 days )

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Job Summary

Voice and Accent Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and deliver engaging voice and accent training modules tailored for collections and customer service roles.

·      Conduct daily training sessions across multiple batches, ensuring consistent quality and learner engagement.

·      Train team members on:

Verbal communication

Non-verbal communication

Written communication

·      Evaluate trainees through assessments, role plays, and feedback sessions.

·      Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify communication gaps and customize training accordingly.

·      Maintain training records, progress reports, and feedback documentation.

·      Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously improve training content.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field (preferred).

·      5–7 years of proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO or collections environment.

·      Strong command over English language, phonetics, and neutral accent training.

·      Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple batches and adapt training styles to varied learner profiles.

·      Certification in voice and accent training (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills Requirements:

·      Excellent interpersonal skills – able to build rapport and trust with trainees.

·      Strong facilitation and presentation skills – confident in leading sessions and engaging diverse audiences.

·      Empathy and patience – able to support learners at different skill levels.

·      Adaptability – flexible in training approach and responsive to feedback.

·      Time management – capable of handling multiple batches and maintaining training quality.

·      Problem-solving mindset – proactive in identifying communication challenges and offering solutions.

·      Team collaboration – works effectively with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals.

Work Schedule:

·      Full-time, onsite role.

·      Flexibility to conduct sessions across different shifts as per business requirements and especially US shift.
