Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team and enhance the communication abilities of our BPO professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in voice modulation, accent training, and communication skills development. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members deliver high-quality service and maintain effective interactions with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:

    Conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing employees.

  • Assessment and Evaluation:

    Evaluate trainees' communication skills, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Curriculum Development:

    Develop and update training materials, manuals, and exercises tailored to the specific needs of the BPO industry.

  • Customization:

    Customize training programs based on individual and team needs, industry standards, and client requirements.

  • Performance Tracking:

    Track and analyze training outcomes, prepare reports on trainee performance, and recommend interventions as needed.

  • Support and Guidance:

    Offer ongoing support to trainees, addressing their concerns and helping them overcome communication barriers.

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with other trainers, team leaders, and HR to align training programs with organizational goals and strategies.

  • Feedback Integration:

    Incorporate feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously enhance training effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in the BPO industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

  • The candidate should be able to take business communication training across LOBs.

  • In-depth understanding of various accents, phonetics, and effective communication techniques.

  • The candidate must be able to create Canned responses.

  • Strong presentation, SOP creation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

  • Relevant certifications in voice and accent training are a plus.

  • Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and needs.

  • Demonstrates patience and empathy in dealing with trainees of varying skill levels.

  • Attention to detail in assessing and providing feedback on trainees' communication skills. • Creative in developing training techniques and materials to address evolving industry demands.
