Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver voice and accent training for new hires and existing employees supporting
international processes
.
Conduct assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve language, pronunciation, and accent.
Develop and update training modules tailored to international customer service standards.
Perform regular communication audits and provide floor support/coaching based on training needs.
Work closely with operations, quality, and L&D teams to identify communication-related gaps and address them through structured interventions.
Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to maintain high communication standards.

Candidate Requirements:

13 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an International BPO (mandatory).
Excellent command of spoken English and familiarity with American/British accents.
Hands-on experience in communication coaching and VNA delivery for global voice processes.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in
24*7 rotational shifts
and at both
Noida and Gurgaon
locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline .
