Job Description

Store Presentation & Visual Standards:

Ensure all stores maintain
Nikes global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
and brand aesthetics.
Plan and execute
seasonal floor sets
, window displays, and in-store presentations.
Monitor and maintain
store layout, lighting, signage, and mannequins
to enhance customer experience.

Merchandising Execution:

Oversee
product placement, zoning, and fixture utilization
to drive sales.
Ensure
key product stories and campaigns
are effectively displayed.
Optimize stock levels on the sales floor for
better product visibility
and availability.

Collaboration & Training:

Work closely with
store managers, marketing teams, and category leads
to align VM strategies.
Conduct
training sessions for store staff
on visual merchandising principles.
Guide and mentor the
in-store VM team
to maintain consistency across stores.

Customer Experience & Brand Enhancement:

Create an
immersive shopping experience
by implementing engaging and interactive displays.
Analyze customer
shopping behavior and trends
to refine visual merchandising strategies.
Ensure a
premium and innovative brand experience
that aligns with Nikes ethos.

Data & Performance Tracking:

Track the
effectiveness of VM strategies
using sales data and customer feedback.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance
store performance and product sell-through

Maintain reports on
