Role:

  • Responsible for outbound prospecting to decision-makers and influencers to generate interest, schedule meetings, and build a strong opportunity pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospects via Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling, and other channels.
  • Research and segment prospects using company profiles and LinkedIn data.
  • Set meetings with prospective clients across North America and India.
  • Qualify leads based on industry, geography, and revenue.
  • Add/update companies and contacts using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
  • Maintain clean and accurate prospect databases.
  • Manage SDR outreach campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation targets.
  • Support sales teams by scheduling qualified meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales/SDR experience in IT Services (QA/Testing, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Digital Solutions).
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong cold calling and inside sales skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) required.
