Role & responsibilities

Interact with
NRI clients across different time zones
to understand their requirements and provide timely responses.
Convert
incoming leads into qualified and filtered enquiries
by assessing client needs and pitching suitable projects.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with prospective clients to ensure effective follow-ups.
Support the sales team in lead management, coordination, and documentation as required.
Demonstrate strong learning agility to understand projects, pricing, and sales processes quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric approach with a keen interest in sales.
Basic understanding of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
