Role Description

This is a UI/UX Designer job role at The Roogg Design. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centred digital experiences that seamlessly blend strategic UX thinking with visually compelling, high-intensity graphical UI design. The role requires a deep understanding of user behaviour and psychology while executing sophisticated visual interfaces that align with brand identity and business objectives. This position demands both analytical UX research capabilities and advanced visual design skills to create digital products that drive engagement and conversion across various industries.

Job Type

This role is on-site in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Strong UX Research and Design Thinking methodologies (user personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping)
• Advanced UI Design skills with expertise in creating high-fidelity, visually striking interfaces
• Proven experience in Brand Identity Design and visual system creation
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience with user testing, analytics interpretation, and data-driven design decisions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process work and polished UI executions
• Understanding of front-end development principles and design handoff processes
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale and research findings
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and brand requirements
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and iterating based on feedback
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
