About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's content and a knack for creating whimsical, colorful, and engaging visuals. You will be responsible for bringing our educational games to life through stunning illustrations, character designs, and comprehensive product packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visual elements and illustrations for new and existing educational games and products.
• Design and illustrate vibrant, appealing, and age-appropriate game packaging.
• Design and illustrate all inner game components, including game boards, cards, instruction manuals, tokens, and other game elements.
• Develop and refine character poses and illustrations that are expressive, dynamic, and suitable for various game scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with our content creators, animators, and game developers to ensure visual assets align with the brand's style and educational objectives.
• Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and ready for manufacturing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or Illustrator, with a portfolio showcasing work for children's products.
• Exceptional illustration skills with a strong sense of color, composition, and typography.
• Excellent drawing, sketching, and perspective skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge/ Proficiency of Corel Draw is an added bonus
• Experience in creating designs for print, including packaging and print production knowledge.
• A strong understanding of child-centric design principles and the ability to create visuals that are both educational and fun.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Degree in design or similar and/or equivalent work experience.
• Self taught artists can also apply.
