Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Editing:

1. Edit and produce high-quality videos, ranging from long-form content to short, dynamic reels.
2. Design motion graphics and animations (entry-level proficiency acceptable) to enhance video storytelling.
3. Manage the post-production process, including sound editing, color grading, and final rendering.
4. Create animation and explainer videos that convey complex ideas simply and visually.

Design & Creativity:

1. Develop graphics and visuals for blogs, presentations, and social media posts.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing social media content and landing page UI/UX elements.
3. Work on presentation designs that align with brand guidelines and communicate concepts effectively.
4. Design blog graphics that improve readability and engagement.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

1. Create visually engaging social media videos and ad creatives tailored for various platforms.
2. Design impactful marketing collateral to support campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
2. Proficiency in creating both long-form and short-form content.
3. Hands-on experience with motion graphics, animations, and graphic design.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
5. Strong understanding of social media trends and ability to create content aligned with platform-specific requirements.
6. Basic UI/UX design skills for landing pages and web graphics.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
8. A portfolio showcasing a mix of video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design projects - is a must.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Creativity and attention to detail.
2. Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for quick content creation.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
