The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with team members and fellow designers to create high-impact visual graphics that support business goals.
• Translate complex business concepts into clear, visually engaging presentations, documents, and other collateral.
• Ensure all design outputs adhere to Kyndryl’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Work within an iterative design process, quickly incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance materials.
• Ensure all visual content meets accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG), promoting inclusive and user-friendly design.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and integrating input to improve final deliverables.
• Apply a strong understanding of Kyndryl’s business landscape to align visual communications with strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to continuously enhance the user experience.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience : 6 – 8+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, ideally within corporate communications, user interface design, or business transformation projects.
• Design Tools : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Familiarity with Canva and other visual tools is a plus.
• Presentation & Productivity : Skilled in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and platforms like SharePoint.
• Web & Digital : Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to support collaboration with developers and integrate visuals into digital platforms.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain design concepts and take direction from senior stakeholders.
• Creativity & Critical Thinking : Able to simplify complex ideas through compelling visuals and solve design challenges with creative, user-focused solutions.
• Collaboration : Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and business leaders in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail : Committed to delivering high-quality, accurate designs that align with business goals and brand guidelines. Should have strong sense of Design Principles.
• Business Acumen : Understands how to align visual storytelling with business objectives and audience needs.
