Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Design Associate to bring creative ideas to life across digital, print, and multimedia formats. This role blends design excellence with business storytelling to strengthen the Opus brand across marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design & Creative Execution:

a. Create visually impactful presentation decks, proposal assets, and campaign visuals.

b. Design infographics, brochures, reports, and digital creatives for marketing and sales.

c. Support video creation, editing, and basic animations for brand and campaign content.

• Brand & Collaboration:

a. Ensure brand consistency across all design assets in line with Opus brand guidelines.

b. Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

c. Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for creative storytelling.

Skills Required

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 years of experience in design for B2B/corporate marketing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
