Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. About the Role

We’re looking for a talented UI Visual Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design team. If you love creating clean and user-friendly interfaces, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life and make our products not only functional but also visually delightful.

What You’ll Do

• Turn wireframes and ideas into polished, high-quality designs.
• Create consistent visuals that reflect our brand and make products easy to use.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and execution.
• Contribute to and improve our design system so everything feels cohesive.
• Keep an eye on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Give and receive feedback in design reviews to push the work forward.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer.
• A strong portfolio that shows your skills in layout, color, typography, and visual polish.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Jitter.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Understanding of responsive design and how to make designs work across devices.
• A sharp eye for detail and an ability to balance speed with quality.
• Good communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working closely with different teams.

• Bonus:

  Some knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS), motion design, or experience in startups.
