Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually stunning designs that communicate messages effectively and align with our brand identity. As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop graphics for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Develop visually appealing designs for websites, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and print materials.
• Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and infographics that enhance storytelling and branding efforts.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all communication channels.
• Ensure design elements adhere to brand guidelines and create a cohesive visual experience.

Collaboration:

• Work with content creators, marketers, and strategists to produce designs that align with campaign objectives.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas.

Prototyping & Iteration:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and app designs as needed.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Trends & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Experiment with new design techniques to enhance the creative process.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure high-quality output by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools.

Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
