Visual Communication Designer

to create visually compelling content that brings brand stories to life. As part of our creative team, you will translate ideas into impactful visuals across campaigns, digital channels, and brand communications, combining design expertise with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions for campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.Develop strong layouts, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchies that communicate messages effectively.Collaborate closely with creative leads and account teams to understand project briefs and client requirements.Present visual concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, iterating based on feedback.Solve design challenges creatively while maintaining brand consistency and visual storytelling standards.Support the creation of digital sketches, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.Strong aesthetic sense with attention to typography, composition, color balance, and negative space.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; other design tools are a plus.Ability to ideate creatively while solving design problems logically.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design choices effectively.Familiarity with digital sketching and prototyping tools is preferred but not mandatory.
