Visual Communication Designer

What You'll Do

• Own creative design across

  branding, campaigns, social media & digital-first content

• Create scroll-stopping visuals for

  reels, carousels, ads, web & print

• Translate insights and briefs into

  powerful visual storytelling

• Work closely with copywriters, creative leads & brand managers
• Maintain brand consistency while delivering

  fresh, high-quality output

• Manage

  multiple projects

  , deadlines & adaptations with discipline
• Bring strong ideas to

  brainstorms & client presentations

• Guide junior designers where needed

Who You Must Be

• 2–4 years experience in an Advertising/Digital Agency

  (Mandatory)
• Solid portfolio of

  brand design + digital creatives

• Pro in

  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Knowledge of

  After Effects / Motion graphics

  = Strong advantage
• Good understanding of

  layouts, grids, typography & visual hierarchy

• Someone who

  owns the work

  and thrives in speed + high accountability

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with

  Healthcare, Education, Lifestyle

  brands
• Basic

  video editing skills

• Familiarity with

  Figma or UI/UX

  fundamentals
