Job Description

As a Visual Communication Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities and narratives across various channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for branding, social media, campaigns, and digital content. Your creativity will be showcased through designing and illustrating static creatives, reels, videos, and brand collaterals. Taking charge of brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual language, will also be a part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will create motion graphics and animated assets for stories, reels, and short-form video content, as well as work on communication collateral such as pitch decks, event designs, and internal branding. Collaborating with writers, strategists, and creative leads will be essential in building high-performing brand narratives. You will also contribute to shoots and post-production for brand campaigns and product stories, and have the opportunity to explore 3D design and experiment with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Adobe Firefly. Qualifications Required: - Strong graphic design fundamentals encompassing layout, color, composition, and typography - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma - Illustration skills in digital, hand-drawn, or vector-based forms - Working knowledge of motion design using After Effects and Premiere Pro - Understanding of social media formats, brand storytelling, and digital-first design - Eye for design consistency, visual systems, and brand cohesiveness - Curiosity to explore new-age creative tools, including AI and 3D Additional Company Details: - Experience in brand identity development is a bonus - Exposure to 3D tools like Blender or Cinema4D is advantageous - Experience in FMCG, fintech, or D2C verticals is a plus - Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual language is valued If you are passionate about visual communication design and eager to work with exciting brands in a team that values innovation, hands-on execution, and creativity, then we encourage you to apply by sending your portfolio and resume to kritika@one-four-seven.com or DM for more information.
