We're looking for a multidisciplinary Communication Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and brand thinking. Someone who can confidently take charge of visual communication—from illustrated social content to animated reels, branded motion, logos, collaterals, and everything in between.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just execute designs, but shapes how a brand looks, feels, and performs across channels.
• Develop and execute visual concepts across branding, social media, campaigns, and digital content
• Design and illustrate for static creatives, reels, videos, and brand collaterals
• Take ownership of brand identity systems—logos, colour palettes, typography, visual language
• Create motion graphics and animated assets for stories, reels, and short-form video content
• Work on communication collateral including pitch decks, event designs, and internal branding
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and creative leads to build high-performing brand narratives
• Contribute to shoots and post-production for brand campaigns and product stories
• Explore 3D design and experiment with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Adobe Firefly
• Strong graphic design fundamentals across layout, colour, composition, and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Figma
• Illustration skills—digital, hand-drawn or vector-based
• Working knowledge of motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of social media formats, brand storytelling, and digital-first design
• Eye for design consistency, visual systems, and brand cohesiveness
• Curiosity to explore new-age creative tools, including AI and 3D
• Experience in brand identity development
• Exposure to 3D tools like Blender or Cinema4D
• Experience in FMCG, fintech, or D2C verticals
• Ability to take a brief and translate it into compelling visual language
• Work across some of the most exciting brands in the country
