Visual Communication Designer

As a Visual Communication Designer at RAx, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content for interactive communication design across various formats. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and producing visual content for print, web, social media, emails, and videos. You will contribute to refining and expanding our brand expression and guidelines. Your work will be essential in enhancing the user experience and establishing a strong brand identity for the company. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Create an energetic and organic brand identity for the product and company. - Develop consistent and captivating illustrations for web, mobile, and social media posts to enhance user experience. - Design print-ready brochures, banners, flyers, social media ads, and infographics to differentiate us from competitors and engage our user community. - Produce product explainer videos, tutorials, GIFs, and 2D animations based on scripts to improve usability and user guidance. - Utilize graphics to enhance the product experience and make daunting tasks more enjoyable for users. **Experience with tools:** - Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign. **Skills that make you a good fit for us:** - Clear communication and organizational skills. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and layouts. - Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism effectively. - Proactive nature and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency. - Moderate skills in photography. **Qualification required:** - Preferred candidates will have a BS/MS in visual communication, animation, Interaction Design, or related fields, along with at least 1 year of experience in visual design.
