Position Overview:

The Visual Communication Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand message effectively across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visual media, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design visual content for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all visual outputs.

Create visual concepts, layouts, and designs that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.

Work on a variety of design projects including infographics, brochures, posters, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and design software.

Ensure all designs meet project requirements and deadlines.

Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and project meetings.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

0-1 years of experience in visual communication design, graphic design, or a related role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.

Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
