Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Setup Social Media operations

  :
• a.) Once the calendar is made you will be required to make sure the creative bank is made in advance

b.) You will be required to ideate and executive trending reel and moment marketing - UGC, videos, webinars, podcasts and more! You will experiment and double down on our top channels which includes planning and coordination for props and getting it sourced from vendors.

d.) Reporting and weekly Social media analysis

e.) Posting and ORM across IG, YT, Twitter and linked In. ORM will include replying to Brand related DMs, comments across all social media.

• Digital Events:

  You will be required to conceptualize IG lives, meet and greet with influencers and other digital events. To execute this, you are also required to coordinate with the vendors.

• Collaborate with Lead Designers

  to conceptualize and create designs, infographics, and other visual assets for campaigns. While the candidate does not need to design independently, they must have a keen eye for design to ensure the output aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and objectives.
• Ensure Brand Consistency is retained all across the brand.

• In depth knowledge of creative process:

  Need to have an understanding of how to create briefs for the copy, design and editing team to execute day to day social media and brand related creatives.

Skills:

• 2 Years+ Experience 
• Need to have an understanding of brand creative process 
• Proficiency in social media and digital advertising
• Confident camera presence
• Ability to work with team 
• Passion for women-first market
• Knowledge of Market in terms of tone of voice and language
