About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about performance-driven campaigns and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on driving ROI and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing & PPC campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Proven track record of delivering performance-based results.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
