About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our students/employees. The trainer will play a key role in preparing individuals to succeed in academic, professional, and personal environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette.
Conduct workshops, role-plays, group discussions, and activities to ensure experiential learning.
Assess participants training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
Provide feedback, mentoring, and coaching to participants for continuous improvement.
Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content as required.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements where needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in soft skills training.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (HR, Psychology, English, or related fields preferred).
Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Ability to engage participants through interactive methods.
Flexible, creative, and adaptable in training delivery.
