Director - Corporate Relations

You will be a part of the Corporate Relations - Placements team within the Training & Placements department based in Pune. The primary goal of the corporate relationship team is to source suitable job opportunities for Sunstones students. The team is structured regionally and operates from various locations, with each region being further segmented into clusters, and each cluster consisting of a group of campuses. Your role will involve contributing to and achieving the annual operating plan targets within your assigned cluster and its campuses. You will be responsible for facilitating placements for all students enrolled in different programs across various campuses, in alignment with the annual operating plan targets for your cluster. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of the corporate relations team spanning different campuses within your cluster. It will be your responsibility to proactively address team-related and operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will be tasked with establishing and upholding best practices in placement operations and aiding in the implementation of systems that support data-driven decision-making within your cluster. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead initiatives in corporate relations aimed at fostering growth within your cluster and region. Your ultimate aim will be to ensure that Sunstone attracts recruitment from the top 500 corporates listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).,
