Visa Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle visa applications, including

  online form filling, document collection, drafting, and data verification

  . 
• Coordinate with clients to ensure

  smooth, accurate, and timely processing

  of applications. 
• Manage and organize

  client folders, files, and documentation

  , ensuring proper record-keeping and easy accessibility. 
• Perform

  general and administrative tasks

  related to visa processing by ensuring that all client records are

  accurate, updated, and compliant

  with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. 
• Perform

  additional tasks assigned by management

  to support the operations and overall business needs. 

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree is mandatory.

   
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in a visa, immigration, or migration services company. 
• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

  with the ability to interact professionally with clients. 

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills

  , with the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Familiarity with

  compliance regulations, documentation standards, and visa-related protocols.

• Working Hours:

  7:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST 

• Work Days:

  Monday to Saturday
