Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visa Officer with expertise in handling visa documentation for key destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen Countries. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both direct customer handling and documentation counseling, along with experience in submitting visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with respective regulations.
• Conduct thorough document checks and provide guidance to clients on required documentation for visa applications.
• Liaise with embassy/consulate officials and external agencies to facilitate the visa process efficiently.
• Handle inquiries from clients regarding visa procedures, requirements, and application status.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, immigration laws, and procedures for various countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline visa processing workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
• Assist in resolving visa-related issues and discrepancies as they arise.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff members on visa processing protocols and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in visa regulations, and new visa application procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visa Officer or in a similar role, with a focus on handling visa documentation for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen Countries.
• In-depth knowledge of visa application processes, documentation requirements, and visa categories for various countries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction and documentation counseling.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer - centric approach to visa processing.
• Familiarity with visa application systems and software for online submissions and tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (at-least 3 years) in visa processing and documentation.
