Job Description (JD): Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
Role Overview:
We are a fast-growing wealth management company seeking highly driven Virtual Relationship
Managers (VRMs) for a hardcore sales role. This is a target-based position requiring candidates
to generate new leads, schedule client meetings, and drive sales to achieve annual revenue
goals. The VRM will also focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
○ Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling,
networking, referrals).
○ Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.
2. Meeting Scheduling:
○ Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company’s offerings.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
○ Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
○ Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.
4. Relationship Management:
○ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat
business.
○ Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client
satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Minimum 4 year of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services or
telesales.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
● Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Number of new leads generated.
● Number of client meetings scheduled per month.
● Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Client retention and relationship management performance.
