Virtual Relationship Manager

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for attending leads assigned to you via calls, promoting the company's services, explaining the benefits of associating with us to clients, and managing operational and technical issues of acquired clients. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients, building relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent convincing skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong interest in sales, demonstrate an inclination towards finance, and be capable of making 60-80 telephonic calls per day. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model that includes both office and remote work. Our office address is CP-61 Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP)-226010. The compensation package for this position ranges from Rs. 1.5 L to 2.5 L per annum, with additional incentives based on performance. The desired candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and hold a graduation degree.
