Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and well-presented Virtual Jewellery Consultant to provide expert assistance to customers via video, chat, and phone. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through their purchase journey with empathy and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation & Sales:

• Engage with customers via calls, phone, and chat to understand their requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

• Provide detailed product information, pricing, customization options, and after-sales services.

• Build trust and relationships with customers to drive conversions and repeat business.

• Offer styling advice, occasion-specific suggestions, and gifting recommendations.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with the inventory, logistics, and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (a background in fashion, jewellery, or design is a plus).

Strong command over English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first attitude.

Comfortable using video conferencing tools, CRM software, and digital catalogs.

Self-motivated, presentable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
