Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Defence Colony. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right jewellery pieces, providing detailed information about the products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized display area. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer preferences, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery craftsmanship
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using POS systems and managing sales transactions
• Passion for jewellery and luxury goods
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
