Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Ranchi. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery purchases, providing detailed information about products, handling enquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining store displays, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service and sales experience in retail
• Knowledge of jewellery products and trends
• Ability to manage and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is a plus
