Role Overview:

Virtual Assistant – CRM Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  CRM data cleanup

  following a system migration
• Identify and

  merge duplicate records

  (candidates, contacts, companies)
• Validate, correct, and standardize CRM data that did not transfer accurately
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across records
• Support ongoing

  CRM hygiene and administrative upkeep

• Follow defined processes and document updates as required
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders for clarifications when needed

Tools & Systems:

• Loxo CRM

  (hands-on experience preferred)
• Google Workspace / Excel (basic to intermediate level)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in

  CRM administration or data management

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive admin tasks
• Ability to follow structured instructions and timelines
• Reliable communication and time management skills
• Experience supporting US-based teams is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with

  Loxo CRM

• Experience supporting recruiting firms, staffing agencies, or executive search firms
• Background in virtual assistance, operations support, or backend admin roles
