Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support a client in the USA. The role will involve a mix of administrative support, social media management, research, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties to support overall business operations.
• Manage social media accounts for clients (musicians and artists) including posting, commenting, and messaging.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including online inventory management, receipts, invoices, and cost entries into spreadsheets.
• Research venues for concerts, identify potential sponsors, and manage outreach via calls and emails.
• Manage calendars, including appointment setting and daily updates.
• (Bonus) Utilize graphic design skills for basic content creation.
