Job Description

1. Manage the VIP and potential VIP Players.

2. Make calls to the VIP Users. Calling will include both incoming and outgoing. It will also include other channels to reach the players such as WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, Email, etc.

3. Track user behavior through the reports like (DAU, MAU, No of Gameplay)

4. Develop a specific action plan for each player to drive spend, retention and loyalty while ensuring targets are achieved.

5. Coordinate across team such as product, help desk, support, tech, etc to track customer query

6. Manage Customer experience ensuring highest standards are met

7. Track daily performance (Deposit, Wager, Game Play) through Daily, weekly & Monthly and ad-hoc
reporting

8. It is expected that the VIP Customer Manager will take full ownership of the players assigned and will extend support whenever necessary.
