Videographer & Video Editor Position Overview Mudgar Club is an innovative startup that revives traditional Indian strength training through handcrafted wooden Mudgars. As we expand into YouTube and online learning, we are looking for a videographer and video editor to help create high-quality video content. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and creative professional seeking a flexible, day work schedule in a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Video Production and Editing Plan, film, and edit professional video content, including product explainers, promotional videos, social media content, and online instructional courses Ensure consistency with the brand’s visual identity and storytelling standards Visual Asset Development Design and integrate graphics, text overlays, and motion elements to enhance video engagement Support the development of intros, outros, transitions, and other visual templates Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and product teams to turn creative ideas into effective visual stories Participate in concept development and storyboard creation Technical Execution Manage production tasks, including camera work, lighting, and audio setup, independently Deliver polished, high-quality content on time and within project scope Content Optimization Format and edit content for social media and digital platforms such as YouTube and Instagram Stay informed on the latest trends in video production and platform-specific best practices Candidate Requirements Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio required) Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, and sound design Must own professional video equipment, including camera, lenses, lighting, and audio gear Creative storytelling abilities and attention to visual detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with social media video formats and engagement techniques What We Offer full day working schedule Fixed monthly compensation of ₹30,000 A chance to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment Collaborative team culture focused on innovation and purpose Opportunity to be part of a brand featured in Shark Tank India Season 4 About Mudgar Club Mudgar Club blends traditional Indian strength training with modern fitness values.
